Refund Eligibility

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order free of charge if we have not yet started processing it. Once processing or production begins, cancellation is no longer possible, and no refund will be issued.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers)

In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws for distance contracts, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. However, because our service involves the supply of personalized goods made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply once we have begun processing your order.
